What is the difference between Auctions Live Stream Pro and YouTube statistics?
Auctions Live Stream Pro provides real-time information about the live stream. YouTube provides information reported by YouTube, which may take time to update. Because the information comes from different systems, the statistics may not update at the same time.
Important: Stream Studio must be enabled on your account before access is available. Please speak with your RE Software representative to have this feature enabled.
Once enabled, you can access Stream Studio after logging in by clicking the Grid Icon located in the top right corner of the webpage, then selecting Stream Studio.
You can also access Stream Studio directly from the Multi-Lot Auction Overview page.
