The Share To External Corporate / Auction House feature allows you to quickly provide visibility and access to an upcoming auction listing for an External Corporate or Auction House.

While you can update and edit property information at any time within Auctions Live, it is important to share the listing with the appropriate External Corporate or Auction House so they can access the property and assist with auction preparation and reporting.

Steps to Share a Listing with an External Corporate or Auction House

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu, select All Upcoming. This displays all upcoming listings within the Assigned and Unassigned tabs.

Step 3: Locate the relevant property and click the blue Edit icon on the far right-hand side of the row.

Step 4: Scroll to the Share To External Corporate / Auction House section and select the appropriate account from the available drop-down list.

Step 5: Review and update any required property information, including the property address, description, assigned agents, and other key details if necessary.

Step 6: Click the green Update button located in either the top-right or bottom-right corner of the page. This saves your changes and returns you to the property's Overview tab.

Important Information

The Assigned Auctioneer field is used for reporting purposes only. Selecting an Auction Department, Auction House, or Auctioneer within this field does not automatically provide access to the property.

To ensure the External Corporate, Auction House, or auctioneer can view and manage the listing as required, you must also complete the Share To External Corporate/Auction House process.
