After creating a Multi-Lot Presentation you can quickly and easily review the listing information and assets that have been added. This includes:

• Advertised Lot
• Description Text
• Listing Photos
• Lot Type
• Bidder Registration Status
• Online Bidding Activation Status
• Selling Agent profile photos

Steps to Quickly Review Multi-Lot Auction Information and Assets

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and go to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant Multi-Lot auction and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: On the Presentations View page, select the Lots tab.

Step 5: Click the blue Expand All hyperlink to open and view all the lot information at once.
