The redesigned Edit Bid Records page makes it easier to review auction bidding activity. Summary cards provide key auction information, while the Bid Records history table provides a detailed view of bidding activity.

Review Auction Summary Information

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the menu on the left side, select All Upcoming / All Past.

Step 3: Locate the relevant listing and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: Within the Listing View page, go to the Quick Stats tab and click on Edit Bid Records.

Step 5: Review Total Records to see the total number of bid records associated with the listing.

Step 6: Review Opening Bid to see the opening bid amount recorded for the auction.

Step 7: Review Highest Bid to see the highest bid recorded for the auction.

Step 8: Review Status to see the current status of the auction.

Review the Bid Records History

Step 9: Review the Bid Records history table to see the auction's bidding activity.

Step 10: Use the available icons, visual indicators and colour treatments to identify important information within the table.

Eligible manual records can be managed directly from the Bid Records page, while online bid records remain protected from modification.

Helpful Tip

Use the summary cards for a quick overview of the auction, then use the Bid Records history table when you need to review individual bidding activity.
