Removing an Onsite Auction Property from your Hosted Widget

How to unpublish a completed auction from your hosted widgets

After an onsite auction, you might need to remove the property listing from your company's website. This ensures your website displays only current and relevant properties. You can do this easily within the PC Console.

Steps to Remove a Property from Your Company's Hosted Widgets

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select either All Upcoming or All Past. Your choice will depend on the original auction date of the property. Then, locate the property you wish to remove from your company's hosted widgets.

Step 3: To the right of the relevant property, select the blue Edit icon.

Step 4: On the property details page, find the Publish Status field. From the dropdown menu, select Completed.

Step 5: Once you have made this change, click the green Update button, located in the bottom-right corner of the screen, to save your changes.

Important Note

If you wish to keep the property on your company's website, you can also choose to hide either the Live Stream tab or the Bid History. This can be done via the Overview tab using the Display Settings button.
