The ePaddle feature within Auctions Live enables in-person bidders to use their mobile phones as electronic bidder paddles. This process is automatically included in the standard workflow when bidders register to bid in-person via your website.

The ePaddle is designed to display your agency logo, auction lot details, the live bid amount, and the auctioneer’s call signs. You can preview what the ePaddle will look like for your bidders by following the steps below.

Steps to View Your ePaddle

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Select ePaddle Demo from the left-hand menu.

Please contact your RE Software Account Manager if you have any questions or would like to update the colour palette for your office’s ePaddle.
