Obtaining Zenu API Credentials
Guide to requesting and adding your Zenu Authorisation ID and Token
To provide RE Software with access to the Zenu API Integration, your office must first request the integration from Zenu.
Steps to Obtain Your Zenu API Token
Step 1: Email your agency’s Zenu account representative requesting they activate the feature to send listing data to Auctions Live. Be sure to request your office’s Authorisation ID and Authorisation Token.

- Authorisation Token

Important Note
Share credentials only with authorised personnel. If sending by email, consider splitting details or using a secure channel as required by your organisation’s security policy.
Steps to Add the Token Yourself
Step 2: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 3: Select the Gear icon in the top-right corner.
Step 4: Click the Integrations tab. From the Data Source dropdown, select Zenu.
Step 5: Paste the Authorisation ID and Authorisation Token.
Step 6: Scroll down and click Update to save your changes.
