Eligible manual bid records can be edited or deleted directly from the Bid Records page. Online bid records remain protected to help preserve the integrity of online bidding activity.

Edit or Delete a Manual Bid Record

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the menu on the left side, select All Upcoming / All Past.

Step 3: Locate the relevant listing and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: Within the Listing View page, go to the Quick Stats tab and access the Bid Records.

Edit a Manual Bid Record

Step 5: Click Edit Bid Records. This will open the Edit Bid Records page, where you can view the total records, opening bid, highest bid and property status.

Step 6: Locate the eligible manual bid record you want to change.

Step 7: Select the option to Edit the record and update the permitted information.

Step 8: If permitted, update the Date and Time associated with the manual bid.

Step 9: Check that the edited record remains in the correct chronological position and that the Bid Amount follows the required bidding sequence.

Step 10: Save the changes.

Delete a Manual Bid Record

Step 11: To delete a manual bid record, locate the eligible manual bid record you want to remove.

Step 12: Select the option to Delete the record and confirm the deletion.

Note: Online bid records cannot be edited or deleted. This protection helps preserve the integrity of online bidding activity and auction outcomes.

Helpful Tip

Review the record's position and bid amount after making an edit. Validation rules must still be satisfied before the updated record can be saved.
