A Prezo Code allows you to share a Prezo Studio template with another user or add a shared template to your account.

Steps to Share a Prezo Code

Step 1: Open Prezo Studio.

Step 2: Locate the template you want to share, then click the blue Share icon.

Step 3: A dialog box will appear displaying the Prezo Code.

Step 4: Copy the Prezo Code and provide it to the person who needs to add the template.

Steps to Add a Template Using a Prezo Code

Step 1: From Prezo Studio, click Add New.

Step 2: From the dialog box, select the required template type.

Step 3: Click the Pre Built Template dropdown menu.

Step 4: Select Select using a Prezo Code.

Step 5: Enter the supplied Prezo Code.

Step 6: Enter a name for the new template.

Step 7: Click Submit to create the template.

The template will open in the editor. You can then customise the slides, elements, branding and presentation content to suit your requirements.

Important Note

The Prezo Code must be entered exactly as provided. Confirm that you have selected the correct template type before submitting the code.
