The Stream Key is specific to each event and is used to connect Stream Studio to the correct live stream. You can view the available Stream Key and confirm the associated stream details before connecting.

View and Manage the Stream Key: 

Step 1: Open Stream Studio from the relevant auction presentation, or access it through the Grid icon in Auctions Live.

Step 2: If accessing Stream Studio through the Grid icon, enter the relevant Stream Key into the Stream Key field. On auction day, you can select from the available Stream Keys.

Step 3: If you are unsure which Stream Key to use, check the Today's Streams information shown below the Stream Key field. This provides the stream details needed to identify the correct event.

Step 4: Select Connect and review the Connect to Stream? dialogue box.

Step 5: Confirm the Stream Auction Venue, Date & Time and Stream Key are correct before selecting Connect.

Helpful Tip

Always use the Stream Key for the correct event. When operating Stream Studio from a separate computer, the Stream Key can be used to connect to the relevant event. If you are accessing Stream Studio directly from the auction presentation, the stream is already associated with that event.
