Hide Live Stream or Bid History Post-Auction
How to control what appears on your website after the auction ends
After an auction has concluded, you may want to hide certain features, such as the Live Stream tab or Bid History, from being displayed on your company’s hosted widget. This helps control what post-auction information is visible to the public on your website.
Steps to Hide the Live Stream Tab or Bid History
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 2: From the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select either All Upcoming or All Past. Your choice will depend on the original auction date of the property.
Step 3: Locate the property you want to update. To the right of the property listing, click the View icon.
Step 4: From the Overview tab, scroll down to the Publish Status heading, then click the green Display Settings button.
Step 5: Choose either Hide or Show for each individual field, such as Live Stream or Bid History, then click Change to update your settings.
Important Note
If you wish to remove the property entirely from your company’s website, you can mark the Publish Status as Completed via the Edit page. This will remove the listing from public view, but the original auction date will remain stored in the system for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
