Fixing Live Stream Time Mismatches
The time displayed on the live stream doesn’t match the scheduled auction time. How can I correct this?
If the time displayed on the live stream does not match the scheduled auction time, you can fix it by deleting and regenerating the Live Stream Key. This ensures the live stream reflects the correct auction time.
Steps to Fix Live Stream Time Mismatch
Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 2: From the left-hand menu, select either All Upcoming or All Past, depending on the original auction date.
Step 3: Locate the relevant listing and click the View icon on the left of the property row.
Step 4: From the Overview tab, scroll down to the Live Stream Key section.
Step 5: Click the Delete Live Stream button to remove the current key.
Step 6: After deletion, you can create a new live stream key.
Important Note
Always ensure the auction date and time fields are correctly set before generating a new Live Stream Key. This ensures the broadcast syncs accurately with the scheduled auction event.
