Bidder Registration

Additional Bidder Registration Notification Recipients can be configured at an individual listing level. Use this setting when specific team members need to receive bidder registration updates for a particular auction.

Configure Listing-Specific Notification Recipients

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the relevant property from the All Upcoming / All Past tab.

Step 3: Select the Assigned tab, locate the relevant property, then click the blue Edit icon.

Step 4: Locate Additional Bidder Registration Notifications under the Bidding Registration Method section.

Step 5: Select the relevant recipients who should receive bidder registration notifications for this listing.

Step 6: Review the selected recipients and click Update to save your changes.

Helpful Tip

Listing-specific notification recipients allow you to customise who receives bidder registration updates for individual auctions. These settings can be used when different properties require different team members to be notified.
