Change Property Status After Auction
Can I change or update the status of a property listing?
Yes, you can update the status of a listing after the auction has taken place. This helps ensure your records are accurate and up to date.
Steps to Update the Status of a Property Listing
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 2: From the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select either All Upcoming or All Past. Your choice will depend on the original auction date of the property.
Step 3: Locate the property you want to update. To the right of the property listing, click the View icon.
Step 4: From the Overview tab, scroll down to the Change Status heading. Select the new status, then click Update.
Important Note
If a property status is changed to Postponed before the auction date, you are permitted to modify the auction date within 120 days from when it was first assigned, without incurring any additional fees.
