Access Auction Overview via the Mobile Console App

Manage and track key auction data

The Auction Overview provides a comprehensive snapshot of the auction's key details. This allows you to quickly review and manage the most important property and event information from within the Mobile Console App.

Steps to Access and Edit the Auction Overview

Step 1: Log in to the Mobile Console App and tap Auctions from the lower task bar.

Step 2: Tap Individual Auction Lots to reveal all your listings.

Step 3: Search for the property you want to manage and tap on the Property card.

Step 4: A pop-up menu will appear. Tap Auction Overview to reveal the following information:

  • Property Card - General details including address, bidder count, property image, and icons.
  • Auction Type - For example, In-room, Online, or Timed.
  • Status - Indicates whether the auction is Published or Draft.
  • Auction Date & Time
  • Sales Agents Assigned
  • Auctioneer

Tap the Share icon in the top right corner to promote the listing. You can copy or open the unique link, or share it via WhatsApp, Facebook, or SMS.

Bidder Registration - Displays the status of each enabled or disabled bidding method. Contact your office administrator to make changes.

Auction & Bidding Settings - Shows additional settings and data added by assigned agents or office users.

Step 5: Tap the Edit icon at the top right corner to make updates. You can edit the following:

  • Reserve Price - Private vendor reserve
  • Income - For annual net yield percentage
  • Attendance - Number of people in attendance
  • External Bidder - Add bidders not registered electronically
  • Associates - If enabled; contact your administrator to activate
  • Hide Live Stream tab - Post-auction setting
  • Hide Bid Records - Post-auction setting

Step 6: Tap Update to save your changes.
