When using the Auctions Live Broadcaster App, you can manage the live stream directly from the Control Panel after starting it manually on your smartphone. This gives you control over streaming status and viewer engagement during the auction.

Steps to Managing and Controlling the Live Stream in the Control Panel

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and go to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant Multi-Lot Auction and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: On the Presentations View page, select the green Control Panel button within the actions row. Once selected, the Control Panel will launch. Read the caution message and then select Close.

Step 5: Start the live stream from the Broadcaster App on your smartphone. For guidance, see Broadcasting an Auction.

Step 6: In the Control Panel, select the blue Live Stream button. A drop-down menu will appear offering the following options:

• Live Status
• No. of Viewers
• Pause
• Mute
• Permanently End
