- Provider means RE Software Pty Limited and any related bodies corporate;
- SaaS means Software as a Service;

- Systems
- The Provider’s systems are monitored via an internal auditing system which are date stamped and captures the users IP address. Any other information and details available for tracking are also captured.

You further acknowledge that in some Countries, States, Territories and Regions, there is a requirement to retain personal information associated with the bidding on property for a various periods. Our policy is to therefore retain this information for a duration of seven (7) years. - In this clause, Content means all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code.
- Content includes but is not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content.
- Any and all Content contained on the Website is owned, controlled or licensed by or to the Provider and is protected by copyright, trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and competition laws.

- Monitoring
- The Provider monitors users’ movement of the Website and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
- We us IP addresses to administer the Website.
- We acknowledge that IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information however, this does not exclude the Provider from using any and all resources to obtain your personal details for legal purposes.
- The Provider’s servers automatically log standard access information including but not limited to browser type, access times, open mail, URL requested and referral URL. This information is stored for the purposes of system administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting
- The Provider monitors your use on the Website including if you are using any tracking or downloading software on the Website without the Provider’s knowledge.
- The Provider only permits tracking by recognised search engine companies only.
- Restrictions on use of Website and Hosted Widgets
- You agree you will not:

This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorised use of widgets on third-party websites, embedding of listing content within another platform, or scraping of embedded listing data. Any such use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms
