Storage And Overseas Disclosure
All personal information is stored on secure servers in Australia.

Whether you are a successful or unsuccessful purchaser, you acknowledge that the personal information provided to register as a bidder or to submit an offer through our Platforms will be retained for up to seven (7) years, in line with our company protocols. In addition, certain State, Territory or Country laws may require us to retain your information for specific legislative purposes. All personal information will be held securely and managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
When your personal information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, or for legislative or compliance obligations, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it.

- The Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Provider does not provide any warranties and assumes no responsibility for the utilisation of these APIs and XML feeds.
- OneSpan Sign APIs
- The Provider offers an eSIGN service, which is seamlessly integrated into its Digital Auction Solution (the eSIGN service). The Provider acknowledges that this electronic document signing service is powered by OneSpan Sign.
- It is the responsibility of the Provider to ensure that electronic contract signing is legally recognised within the specific jurisdiction (Country, State, Territory, or Province) where it is intended for use.
- The Provider explicitly disclaims any responsibility and does not provide warranties regarding the use of this service. By opting to utilise this service, the Provider agrees to abide by OneSpan's Terms and its Associated Schedules, accessible at https://www.onespan.com/master-terms-and-schedules.

- The Provider hereby indemnifies the Provider for any loss, damage or claim that may arise as a result of the use of the eSIGN service by the Provider.
- Real Time Agent (RTA) APIs
- The Provider allows mutual clients of Real Time Agent | Agent Solutions powered by Domain to integrate their service with Auctions Live Digital Auction Solution.
- By integrating the service, the Provider agrees and acknowledges that the Provider does not assume any risk or responsibility for the transfer of data or successful completion of the Contract of Sale.

- Meta/Facebook APIs

- By using our Facebook/Meta integration, the Company acknowledges that, as of June 10, 2024, it must use a Facebook account enabled for live streaming that is at least 60 days old and has at least 100 followers.

- Bidders (Auctions Live): We collect identity, contact and registration details to register you and record bidding activity. Shared with the auctioneer, Subscriber and regulators where required.
- Buyers (Offers Live): We collect your identity, contact and offer details to manage the sale process. Shared with the selling agent, vendor and their representatives.
