Update a Selling Agent Profile Photo
Steps to manually update and refresh selling agent profile photos
Selling agent profile photos are initially imported from CRMs and Real Estate Portals when properties are imported. You may need to manually update a profile photo if the current one is missing or outdated. Follow the steps below to update a selling agent’s profile photo.
Steps to Update a Selling Agent’s Profile Photo
Step 1: Log into the PC Console.
Step 2: From the top Grid icon, select Account Management.
Step 3: The Account Management page will open.
Step 4: From the left-hand side menu, select Selling Agents.
Step 5: Select the Edit icon for the selling agent profile you wish to update.
Step 6: Within the Profile Image section, select the blue Choose File button, locate your file, and select it.
Step 7: Select the green Update button to upload the new profile photo.
Important Note
Recommended image size: 300 x 300. Use this size to ensure your images display clearly and consistently across your hosted widgets and digital presentations.
