Manually Adding a Bidder via the PC Console

Use the PC Console to register bidders and assign numbers in advance

You can manually add a bidder for an auction via the PC Console. This helps streamline the registration process on auction day by allowing you to enter bidder details and allocate a bidder number in advance.

Steps to Manually Add a Bidder via the PC Console

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming.

Step 3: Locate the property for which you want to pre-register a bidder and click the View icon on the right side of the listing. This opens the Overview tab.

Step 4: Click on the Bidder tab located at the top of the page. This tab is used to manage Verified and Approved bidders.

Step 5: Click the green +Bidder button. This opens a form for entering the bidder's details.

Step 6: Issue the individual a Bidder Number and select the ID Verified toggle to confirm you have sighted their ID.

Step 7: Choose a Bidding Method. You can select either In-person bidding or Telephone bidding, depending on how the bidder intends to participate.

Step 8: Select a Bidder Registration Type. Your options are Individual, Third party, or Company/Trust/Superfund. This helps categorise the bidder's legal entity.

Step 9: Complete the form fields on behalf of the bidder. Make sure to enter all required information accurately.

Step 10: Click the green Create button at the bottom right corner of the page to save the pre-registration.

Important Information

You take full responsibility during the adding process by assigning a bidder number and confirming you have sighted the individual ID supporting documentation.

Please note that when you manually add a bidder, you cannot upload any supporting documentation through this process.
