Interested Party Form Setup
Enable and customise the Interested Party Form in Auctions Live
The Interested Party Form is an optional feature in Auctions Live. It is designed to capture the details of individuals attending an auction with the intention to bid, in situations where bidder registration is not required or legislated.
To enable this feature, please contact your RE Software Account Representative. Once enabled, follow the steps below to update the Interested Party Form.
Steps to Update the Interested Party Form
Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select Interested Party in the left-hand menu panel.
Step 4: Make the necessary changes to the settings.
Step 5: Click the Update button to save your changes.
Settings Breakdown
Colour Settings
Form background: Changes the background colour of the Interested Party Form.
Banner background: Sets the colour for the top banner section of the form.
Button background: Sets the background colour of the buttons on the form.
Button hover background: Changes the button colour when hovered over with the cursor.
Button text: Defines the colour of button text.
General Settings
Form title: Add a custom title for the form.
Email: Enable or disable the email field as mandatory.
Phone: Enable or disable the phone field as mandatory.
Interested party terms and conditions: Add custom terms and conditions for the form.
Submitted message: Add a custom message to display after the form is submitted.
