Auction Day - Stream & Scribe

You will need two devices with the necessary apps installed, along with a tripod and smartphone holder.

Required hardware:

  • Smartphone (with Mobile Console App and Broadcaster App) – Required for live streaming the auction to your company’s website. Internet access is required.
  • Tripod with smartphone holder - Keeps the smartphone steady and in place during the live stream.
  • iPad or Tablet (with Mobile Console App) - Used as an Electronic Scriber to record each bid in real time. Internet access is required and can be tethered from the smartphone if necessary.

Optional hardware:

  • Additional smartphones or tablets - Can be used to electronically register bidders on auction day.
  • 4G mobile pocket Wi-Fi router with data - Recommended if internet tethering is not reliable, to provide a stable connection for the iPad or tablet.
