Bidder Registration Settings Guide
Customise your Auctions Live bidder registration form with ease
You can update and manage your Electronic Bidder Registration Form in Auctions Live by adjusting the system settings. This allows you to customise the registration process for bidders and control what information is collected.
Steps to Access Bidder Registration Settings
Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Click Settings from the left-hand side menu.
Step 4: Select the Bidder Registration tab.
Step 5: Make your updates, then click the green Update button to save.
Available Configuration Options
Bidder Registration Form Title – Add a custom title to display on the registration form.
Allow/Disallow Unsure Bidding Method – Enable or disable an option for bidders who are unsure of their bidding method.
Show/Hide Solicitor Details – Control whether solicitor details are displayed on the registration form.
Require Company Details – Make company information a mandatory field.
Note for Company Section – Add an explanatory note within the company details section.
Secondary Email Notifications – Send bidder registration updates to the primary agent, multiple agents, or all agents linked to a property.
Primary Agent Approval Emails – Allow or disallow the primary agent to receive bidder approval emails.
Preferred Purchaser Deposit Method – Make this a mandatory dropdown field on the registration form. Options include Bank Cheque, Money Order, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and To Be Advised.
Add Property Credit to Deposit Method – Include Property Credit as an option in the deposit method dropdown.
Authority to Bid Form – Enable a downloadable form at the top of the registration page.
Identity Documents – Show or hide the option for bidders to upload up to six identity documents.
Optional Questions – Add up to 12 additional questions for bidders to answer.
Bidder Terms & Conditions – Add or update custom text shown during registration and when logging into the property via the Auctions Live Bid Buy App.
Bidder Registration Widget Message – Add a custom message displayed before the Terms & Conditions on the registration page.
Default Submitted Message – Choose to hide the Auctions Live default message shown after registration is submitted.
Custom Submitted Message – Add your own message to display after a bidder submits their registration.
Default Email Message – Choose to hide the Auctions Live default bidder registration email message.
Custom Email Message – Add a customised message to appear in the bidder approval email.
Bidder Deposit Email Text – Add text to include in the bidder confirmation email if the deposit setting is active.
Bidder Registration Email Documentation – Default documentation is available only in New South Wales and South Australia.
Custom Email Documentation – Upload up to six documents to be attached and sent with bidder emails.
