Bidder Registration Settings Guide

Customise your Auctions Live bidder registration form with ease

You can update and manage your Electronic Bidder Registration Form in Auctions Live by adjusting system settings. This allows you to control what information is collected and how the registration experience is presented to bidders.

Access and Update Bidder Registration Settings

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Select Settings from the left-hand side menu.

Step 4: Click the Bidder Registration tab.

Step 5: Make your updates, then click the green Update button to save your changes.


Available Configuration Options

Bidder Registration Form Title – Add a custom title displayed on the registration form.

Allow/Disallow Unsure Bidding Method – Enable or disable an option for bidders who are unsure how they will bid.

Show/Hide Solicitor Details – Control whether solicitor fields are shown.

Require Company Details – Make company information mandatory.

Note for Company Section – Add guidance text within the company section.

Secondary Email Notifications – Send updates to selected agents linked to the property.

Primary Agent Approval Emails – Control whether the primary agent receives approval emails.

Preferred Purchaser Deposit Method – Make deposit method a required dropdown field.

Add Property Credit to Deposit Method – Include Property Credit as an option.

Authority to Bid Form – Enable a downloadable form at the top of the registration page.

Identity Documents – Allow bidders to upload identity documents.

Optional Questions – Add up to 12 custom questions.

Bidder Terms & Conditions – Edit the terms shown during registration and app login.

Bidder Registration Widget Message – Add a message displayed before the terms.

Default Submitted Message – Hide the system default confirmation message.

Custom Submitted Message – Add your own confirmation message after submission.

Default Email Message – Hide the system default email message.

Custom Email Message – Add a custom approval email message.

Bidder Deposit Email Text – Include deposit-related messaging in emails.

Bidder Registration Email Documentation – Default documents available for supported regions.

Custom Email Documentation – Upload documents to attach to bidder emails.

Show/Hide Additional Buyers Section – Control visibility of additional buyer fields.

Show/Hide Auction Details – Display or hide auction-specific information during registration.

Colour Settings – Adjust the visual styling of the registration form.

Auction Terms and Conditions – Add or update auction-specific terms displayed to bidders.

Review your registration form from a bidder’s perspective after making changes. This helps ensure required fields, messaging, and document uploads are clear and aligned with your agency process.
