Adding a Vendor to Your Listing
Easily Manage Vendor Details
By adding the vendor's details, you will be able to use both the eSign feature and the Vendor Reserve Letter feature if enabled.
Steps to Add a Vendor
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming.
Step 3: Locate the property for which you want to add a vendor and click the View icon on the right side of the listing. This opens the Overview tab.
Step 4: Click on the Vendor tab located at the top of the page.
Step 5: Click the green +Add Vendor button.
Step 6: Choose the Type of Vendor: either Individual or Company.
Step 7: Add the vendor’s Address and complete the Vendor Details: First Name, Last Name, Mobile, and Email.
Important Notes
You can add up to six (6) vendors per listing.
The Solicitor / Conveyancer Details field is optional.
A Power of Attorney (POA) can also be assigned to each vendor if required. If added, all communication will be sent to the POA on behalf of the vendor.
