Importing Auction Properties from your CRM or Real Estate Portal
Easily bring auction listings into your account with just a few clicks
Auctions Live connects with many CRMs and real estate portals, making it simple to bring upcoming auction properties directly into your account.
If your CRM is integrated, you can turn on an automatic property import. This happens every evening through the Settings menu. For an auction property to import automatically, the following must be set in your CRM:
- The sales type must be Auction
- There must be an Auction Date
- The property's status must be Live (meaning it has been sent to portals)
If you need to import a property sooner than the automatic import, follow the steps below.
Steps to Import Auction Properties (Single Office User)
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming.
Step 3: Click the green Import Properties button in the top right-hand corner.
Step 4: Your upcoming auction properties will begin to download, including the primary property photo, description text, and selling agent’s details.
Step 5: Once the download is complete, all your upcoming auction properties will be visible in the All Upcoming list as Unassigned & Draft.
Steps to Import Auction Properties (Multi-Office User)
Step 1: Log in and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 2: In the top right of the screen, click the Grid icon, then select Account Management from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: From the left-hand menu, click Offices, then select Linked Offices.
Step 4: Click the blue Import button on the right-hand side of the relevant office.
Step 5: Your upcoming auction properties will begin to download, including the primary property photo, description text, and selling agent’s details.
Step 6: Once the download is complete, a message will appear stating how many properties were imported. Existing listing details/images will be updated. All your upcoming auction properties will be visible in the All Upcoming list as Unassigned & Draft.
