System Settings > General

You can update and manage your Hosted Widget Settings in Auctions Live. These settings allow you to control how auction properties, live streams, and additional information appear within the hosted widget on your website.

Steps to Access Hosted Widget Settings

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner.

Step 3: From the left-hand menu, select Settings.

Step 4: Click the Widget tab.

Step 5: Make your updates, then click the green Update button to save.

General Settings

Live Properties Section - Show an additional live component displaying live auction lots.

Property Map - Show a property map in the widget.

Online Bidding Info Overlay - Display a badge on property tiles where online bidding is activated.

Auction Type Info Overlay - Highlight the auction style on the property tile page.

Bidder Registration Button - Show the Bidder Registration Form button on the property tile page.

Google Translate - Enable the Google Translate feature in the widget.

Show Property Details in a New Window - Open the auction lot page in a new tab when selected from the tile page.

Live Properties Heading - Add or update custom heading text.

Upcoming Properties Heading - Add or update heading text above properties with future auction dates.

Past Properties Heading - Add or update heading text above properties with past auction dates.

Feature Properties Heading - Add or update custom heading text.

No Auctions in Widget Text - Add or update the message displayed when no properties are listed.

Widget Upcoming Auctions Description - Add or update descriptive text for upcoming auctions.

Auction Type Info Overlay Text - Add or update custom text.

Property Search Placeholder Text - Add placeholder text for the search field.

Auction Date Format on Main Page - Select different date and time formats.

Number of Upcoming Properties - Set how many properties load in the widget (must be a multiple of 3 or 4).

Number of Past Properties - Set how many past properties load in the widget (must be a multiple of 3 or 4).

YouTube Ad Video URL - Paste a YouTube URL for an office advertisement video. This will appear as the second image slot for each property.

Google Tag Manager Container ID - Enter your Container ID to assist with tracking.

Live Stream Tab and Order of Sale Settings

Show Live Stream Tab First - Display the Live Stream tab before the Photo Gallery tab on a property widget page.

Always Show Live Stream - Always display the live stream video in the widget when a presentation is created from corporate or auction house.

Always Show Order of Sale - Always display the order of sale in the widget when a presentation is created from corporate or auction house.

Live Stream Video Inaccessible Heading - Add custom text displayed in the Live Stream tab when the video is not accessible.

Live Stream Video Inaccessible Footer Text - Add custom text displayed at the bottom of the Live Stream tab when the video is not accessible.
