Multi-Lot Auctions > Pre-Auction

Before creating a Multi-Lot Auction, make sure the lots you wish to add are listed as Unassigned within your All Upcoming page. If the properties are not listed, select the Import Listings button or manually Add Listing.

Steps to Creating a Multi-Lot Auction

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select Create.

Step 3: Complete the mandatory fields on the Multi-Lot Auction Create page:

• Auction Date & Time
• Publish Status (leave as Draft to edit later, or select Published to add it to the Website Display Widget)
• Intro Text
• Upcoming Lots (move the lots you want to include from Upcoming Lot to Selected Auction Lots using the navigation button)
• Order of Sale (set to Show or Hide — this can be updated at any time)
• Auction Venue (select from the drop-down list)
• Auction Department/House (choose from the drop-down list or leave as default)
• Introducing Auctioneer (select from the filtered list or leave as default)

Step 4: Select the green Create via Express Queue button.

The system will take approximately 3 minutes to generate your multi-lot presentation and publish it to your Hosted Website Widget (depending on the publish status). Once the multi-lot presentation has been generated, you will receive an email notification.

Handy Hint

After creating your Multi-Lot Auction, go to the Multi-Lot Auctions View page to create a Live Stream or Video Conferencing Event.
