Accessing the Auctioneer Online Bids Controller via the Mobile Console App
Manage online bids and start auctions from your mobile device
The Auctioneer Controller is only available if Online Bidding is enabled. It allows the assigned auctioneer to enter key data fields, then use Online Bid Control to start the auction, interact with online bidders, and accept online bids in real time.
Steps to Access the Auctioneer Controller
Step 1: Log in to the Mobile Console App and tap Auctions from the lower task bar.
Step 2: Tap Individual Auction Lots to reveal all your listings.
Step 3: Search for the property you want to manage and tap on the Property card.
Step 4: A pop-up menu will appear. Tap Auctioneer Controller.
Step 5: Enter the information into the available form fields. Toggle on any required settings, then tap Update to save your changes.
Step 6: Tap Online Bid Control to start the auction and begin interacting with online bidders.
Auctioneer Functions within Online Bid Control
Once inside Online Bid Control, the auctioneer can manage the following actions:
- Start: Enable online bidders to place bids.
- Stop: Disable online bidding temporarily.
- View Online Bidder Details/Activity: Tap the blue Globe icon to see bidder status.
- Add Vendor Bids: Tap the purple Vendor button.
- Enter Call Signs: Tap the yellow buttons for Going Once, Twice, and Third & Final.
- Show on the Market: Tap the green button (this changes to Hide on the Market when active).
- Under Negotiation: Tap the blue More button.
- Passed In: Tap the blue More button.
- Sell/Sold: Tap the red SOLD button.
- Manage the Live Stream: Tap the blue Live Stream button for more options.
- Set Minimum Bid Increments for Online Bidders: If enabled, this controls the lowest amount an online bid can increase by.
