Editing Approved Bidder Details via the PC Console
Keep bidder information accurate and up to date with a few quick steps
You can edit the details of Approved Bidders via the PC Console. This is handy if you need to update a bidder's information before an auction, ensuring all details are accurate before copying the details to the contract.
Steps to Edit Approved Bidder Details
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming.
Step 3: Click the View icon to the right of the property you want to manage.
Step 4: Select the Bidders tab.
Step 5: Click the Edit icon next to the bidder you wish to update.
Step 6: Make the required changes to the bidder's information.
Step 7: Click the Update button on the lower right-hand side to save your changes.
Handy Hint
You can edit all fields, excluding their email address. Auctions Live Online Bidders are required to verify their email address. If this has not been done, you will see an (!) symbol, and you can resend the verification email.
