How to Manually Upload an Offer

Learn how to manually upload an offer received outside Offers Live

Manually uploading an offer allows agents to record an offer that was received outside the Offers Live platform, such as in person, over the phone, or via email. This keeps all offers centralised and visible in the platform for vendors and authorised parties to review.

Steps to Manually Upload an Offer Against a Property

Step 1: Log in and go to your Offers Live Dashboard.

Step 2: Then, click All under Campaigns from the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Locate the property and click View.

Step 4: Click the Offers tab at the top of the property page.

Step 5: Click the green Manual Offer Upload button on the upper right-hand of the page.

Step 6: Complete all form fields across the four tabs, and upload any relevant supporting documents under the Documents tab.

Step 7: Click the blue Complete and Send for Verification button to finalise the submission.

Step 8: Once you click the Send for Verification button, an email will be sent to the buyer prompting them to review and confirm their offer.

Important Note

After a manually uploaded offer is marked as Completed, you will no longer be able to edit the offer or upload any supporting documents. To make changes, you will need to copy the existing offer and create a new version, where you can update the form fields and upload the necessary documents.
