Vendor Features and Functions in Offers Live

This feature allows you to securely share submitted offers with the vendors linked to a property.

Once offers are released, vendors will receive an email containing a secure link to view all submitted offers. Access is protected by RE Software’s one-time password (OTP) system - no account setup is required.

Important:
At least one vendor must be added under the Vendors tab for this feature to be enabled.

Steps to Releasing Offers to Vendors

Step 1: Log in and go to your Offers Live Dashboard.

Step 2: Then, click All under Campaigns from the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Click View next to the relevant listing.

Step 4: Select the Offers tab.

Step 5: Tick the checkbox next to each vendor you wish to include.
▸ To select all vendors, tick the top checkbox.

Step 6: Click the blue Release Offers to the Property Vendors button.

Step 7: Click Yes to confirm.

What Happens Next?

• An email will be sent to the selected vendors with a secure link to view all offers.
• You can release offers multiple times if new ones are received later.
• You’ll receive an email notification each time a vendor requests their one-time password (OTP).
