How to Archive a Campaign Template
Keep your Offers Live workspace tidy by archiving unused templates
Archiving a campaign template removes it from your active list without permanently deleting it. This helps keep your workspace organised while still giving you the option to restore the template later if needed.
Steps to Archive a Campaign Template
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Offers Live Dashboard.
Step 2: Click Settings in the top-right menu bar.
Step 3: Under the Offers Live Settings heading in the side menu, select Templates.
Step 4: Under Campaign Template Management, you’ll see a list of your existing campaign templates.
Step 5: Find the template you wish to archive from the list.
Step 6: On the right-hand side of the row, click the yellow Archive icon under the Actions column.
Step 7: When the confirmation prompt appears, click Archive to confirm.
The template will then be moved to the Archived tab.
