Campaign Stages in Offers Live
Understanding how each campaign stage supports better listing management
Understanding how campaign stages work allows you to manage listings more effectively and keeps both buyers and agents aligned throughout the offer process. Below is an overview of the three key campaign stages used in Offers Live.
Pending Campaign
This is the setup phase.
- The campaign has been created but has not started yet.
- All campaign settings can still be freely edited.
- Depending on the offer template, the campaign may automatically transition to Live at the scheduled start time.
Live Campaign
This is the active phase.
- The campaign is now visible to buyers.
- Buyers can begin submitting their offers.
- Most settings are locked to ensure transparency and fairness throughout the offer period.
Completed Campaign
This is the closed phase.
- The campaign has ended (based on its scheduled closing date and time).
- Buyers can no longer submit offers.
- The campaign is now available for reporting, review, or archiving.
