Editing the Settlement Period
How to edit a property's settlement period in Offers Live
The Settlement Period refers to the number of days a buyer has to finalise the property purchase after signing the contract. Ensuring this period is accurate keeps everyone aligned with vendor preferences and legal obligations. You can edit the Settlement Period on an individual property directly through your Offers Live Dashboard.
Steps to Edit the Settlement Period
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Offers Live Dashboard.
Step 2: Click All under Campaigns in the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Find the property you want to update, then click the View icon on the far left.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Settlement Period section and click Edit.
Step 5: Enter the updated number of days for the Settlement Period.
Step 6: Click Update to save your changes.
