Managing Offers in Offers Live

This feature allows you to duplicate an existing manually uploaded offer and use it as the basis for a new submission. It is especially useful when resubmitting an offer with updated details.

Important Note

This feature is only available for offers that were manually uploaded.

Steps to Copy a Manual Offer and Create a New One

Step 1: Log in and go to your Offers Live Dashboard.

Step 2: Click All under Campaigns from the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Click the View icon next to the relevant property.

Step 4: Select the Offers tab at the top of the page.

Step 5: Find the buyer whose offer you want to re-upload manually, then click the green Copy Existing Offer and Create New button. In the confirmation pop-up, click Copy to proceed.

Step 6: Begin editing the offer details as needed.

Steps to Complete and Submit the New Offer

Step 1: Work through all four tabs to complete the required fields:

• Buyer Details
• Offer Terms
• Documents (upload all required supporting files here)
• Review & Submit

Step 2: Once everything is complete, click the blue Complete and Send for Verification button.

Step 3: An email will be sent to the buyer prompting them to review and confirm their offer.
