Managing Offers in Offers Live

The AI Insights feature lets agents compare all offers on a property using automated analysis. It helps identify key differences in offer terms and highlights which offers may best suit the vendor’s goals. This feature can be used up to 20 times per property during a campaign, and is available whenever needed from the Offers tab.

Steps to Running AI Insights Comparing All Offers

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Offers Live Dashboard.

Step 2: Click All under Campaigns from the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Click the View icon next to the relevant property.

Step 4: Select the Offers tab at the top.

Step 5: Click the blue Get AI Insight button.

Step 6: Reorder the comparison criteria by dragging and dropping the items.

This lets you prioritise what matters most (e.g. price, conditions, deposit terms).

Step 7: Click the Generate Offer Insights button.

The platform will display a summary of all offers using AI to highlight key points, potential negotiation leverage, and which offers may best align with the vendor’s goals.
