Adding Private Notes to Offers
Keep internal records for each offer
Private notes are a valuable tool for agents to maintain internal records or reminders tied to a specific offer. These notes are visible only to users within your office and are never shared with buyers or vendors. Use them to document phone conversations, negotiation points, or key details about the buyer’s situation.
Steps to Add a Private Note to an Offer
Step 1: Log in and go to your Offers Live Dashboard.
Step 2: Click All under Campaigns from the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Find the relevant property and click View.
Step 4: Select the Offers tab.
Step 5: Locate the offer you want to add a note to and click View.
Step 6: Click the yellow Add Note button on the upper-right of the page.
Step 7: Type your note into the Notes field.
Step 8: Click the green Add to save the note.
Note
Once added, the note will be stored privately under that specific offer. You can view or edit these notes at any time by returning to the same screen.
