Import Property via CRM Property ID
How to manually add a listing using the CRM property ID
You can manually import a property into Offers Live using the CRM Property ID. This is a useful feature when a listing has not synced automatically but you have access to the property's CRM ID.
Please note: Your Account Administrator must enable CRM integration before you can use this feature.
Steps to Manually Import a Property Using the CRM Property ID
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Offers Live Dashboard.
Step 2: Click All under Campaigns in the left-hand menu.
Step 3: In the top-right, click the green Import by ID button.
Step 4: Paste or enter the CRM Property ID for the address you want to import, then click the blue Import button.
Step 5: The property will now appear in the All Properties tab.
Tip: After importing, always review the property details to ensure the information is accurate and up to date.
If you do not see the Import by Address button, please contact your Account Administrator for support.
