Past Offer Dates and What They Mean
What does it mean when I receive the message "Offer date has already passed"?
This message appears in Offers Live when the current date and time is beyond the Offer Closing Date set for that campaign. Once this deadline has passed:
- Buyers can no longer submit new offers
- Agents and vendors cannot take action on existing offers
Offers Live automatically enforces these rules to ensure transparency and consistency across all campaigns. To resume activity, you’ll need to extend or reopen the offer campaign.
To do this, edit the Offer Closing Date in the property’s Campaign Settings.
