Updating the Campaign Type in Offers Live
How to do it and what it does
You can update the campaign type for any property in Offers Live by selecting a different Offer Template. This lets you change how offers are managed, such as switching from Offer Above to EOI or another custom template.
Steps to Setting the Campaign Type
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Offers Live Dashboard.
Step 2: Then, click All under Campaigns in the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Locate the property, then click the View icon on the left-hand side.
Step 4: At the property Overview page, click Update Campaign Details in the Campaign Type row.
Step 5: From the Campaign Template dropdown, choose the new campaign type you want to assign.
Step 6: Update the Campaign Status if needed (e.g. switch from Pending to Live).
Step 7: Click Update to save your changes.
Step 8: When the confirmation pop-up appears, click Yes to apply the changes.
Important Notes
● Changing the campaign type will apply the settings and behaviour of the selected template to the property.
● Once updated, the property will use the new offer structure for any current or future offers.
● Some fields may be locked once the campaign is live, depending on the template settings. Be sure to review.
