Managing Offers in Offers Live

If a vendor decides not to proceed with a buyer’s offer, you can formally decline it through Offers Live. This keeps the status up to date and ensures clear communication with all parties involved.

Steps to Declining an Offer

Step 1: Log in and go to your Offers Live Dashboard.

Step 2: Click All under Campaigns from the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Locate the relevant property and click the View icon.

Step 4: Click the Offers tab at the top.

Step 5: Click View next to the offer you want to decline.

Step 6: On the right-hand side, under Offer Actions, click the Decline Offer dropdown.

Step 7: Provide a reason for declining the offer. (This will be visible to the vendor and will be shared with the buyer).

Step 8: Click Decline to confirm and save your action.

What Happens Next?

The offer will be marked as Declined in the system.

The buyer will be notified accordingly.

This process helps keep your records accurate and ensures all parties stay informed.
