Manually Adding a Property
Learn how to manually add a new property to Offers Live
You can manually add a property to Offers Live if it is not already in the system. This function is useful when onboarding a new listing or updating your campaign library with historical properties.
Steps to Add a Property
Step 1: Log in and go to your Offers Live Dashboard.
Step 2: Click the Rubik’s Cube icon in the top-right menu of the screen.
Step 3: From the drop-down menu, select Offers Live.
Step 4: Then, click All under Campaigns in the left-hand menu.
Step 5: In the top-right corner, click the green Add Property button.
Step 6: In the Search Address field, type the property address and select the correct option from the suggestions when it appears.
Step 7: Click Next to continue.
Step 8: Complete all additional fields, including agent assignment, property type, and any internal notes.
Step 9: Select a Campaign Type from your template library.
Step 10: Set the Start Date and Time for when offers will open.
Step 11: Set the End Date and Time for when offers will close.
Step 12: Review and complete any remaining fields.
Step 13: Click Create to save the property.
Once saved, you will be taken to the Property Overview page where you can manage offers, documents, and vendor or buyer details.
