RE Software Mobile Console App (Offers Live)

You can quickly organise and narrow down offers on any listing using the sorting and filtering tools in the Mobile Console App. These tools are especially helpful during vendor meetings or negotiations, allowing you to focus on the most relevant offers.

Steps to View Offers on a Property

Step 1: Log in to your Mobile Console App.

Step 2: Tap Offers from the lower task bar.

Step 3: Tap Live Campaigns.

Step 4: The screen will default to display Live Campaigns.

Step 5: Tap on the listing card you want to view.

Step 6: The Action Menu will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Step 7: Tap Offers to view a list of all submitted offers for that property.

Using Sorting and Filtering Tools

To the right of the Search Offers field, tap the purple funnel icon to filter offers by status (e.g. Pending, Accepted, Declined).

Tap the purple list icon to access additional filter and sort options, such as:

• Offer Amount
• Offer Created
• Cooling Off Period
• Settlement Period

Use these tools to focus on high-priority offers and make negotiations with vendors more efficient and informed.
