Managing Listings in Offers Live

You can add or edit rental income to assist with net yield calculations using either the Edit or View options available in your Offers Live Dashboard.

Method 1: Quick Edit via the Edit Screen

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Offers Live Dashboard.

Step 2: Click All under Campaigns in the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Click the Edit icon next to the property.

Step 4: Scroll to the Income for Net Yield PA section and add or update the value.

Step 5: Click Update to save your changes.

Method 2: Full View with Yield and Vendor Price

Step 1: Log in and go to your Offers Live Dashboard. Then, click All under Campaigns from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Click the View icon next to the property.

Step 3: Scroll down and click on Income for Yield and Vendor Expected Price.

Step 4: Update the Income for Net Yield PA and Vendor Expected Selling Price fields as needed.

Step 5: Click Update to save your changes.
