Offer Actions Disabled After Expiry

Why am I seeing the message "Offer actions are not available as the offer validity date has already passed"?

You’re seeing this message because the buyer’s offer has expired. No action, such as Accept or Decline, was taken before the expiry time. Once an offer expires, all related actions are automatically disabled by the system.

To move forward, you’ll need to request that the buyer submits a new offer or extends the validity period of their existing one.

What You Can Do

  • Contact the buyer and ask them to re-submit the offer if they're still interested.
  • Request a new offer if any terms need to be updated.
  • Review other valid offers that are still within their validity window.

Tip: To avoid delays or confusion, always try to take action on offers before their validity date expires.
