Set Default Cooling-Off and Settlement Periods
Streamline your processes with agency-wide default settings
You can set your agency’s standard Cooling-Off and Settlement periods in Offers Live. This helps ensure consistency across all listings and saves time during setup. The default values you choose will automatically apply to new properties but can be adjusted individually when needed.
Steps to Set Default Cooling-Off and Settlement Periods
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Offers Live Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on Settings in the top-right menu bar.
Step 3: In the left-hand menu, under Offers Live Settings, select General.
Step 4: In the Cooling Off & Settlement Periods (In Days) field, enter the number of days to set as your default Cooling-Off Period.
Step 5: Under Allow Cooling Off Periods on Properties, select Yes or No depending on whether you want to enable this option.
Step 6: Enter the number of days you want to set as the default Settlement Period.
Step 7: Under Allow Settlement Periods on Properties, select Yes or No to enable or disable this option.
Important Note
Your changes are saved automatically. These default settings will apply to all new properties, but you can customise them per property if needed.
