Offer Campaign Templates in Offers Live

Duplicating a campaign template lets you quickly reuse an existing setup without starting from scratch. It’s ideal for keeping the structure of a previous template.

Steps to Duplicate and Edit a Campaign Template

Step 1: Log in, and navigate to your Offers Live Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on Settings from the top-right menu.

Step 3: Under the Offers Live Settings heading in the side menu, select Templates.

Step 4: Locate the template you want to duplicate from the list.

Step 5: In the Actions column on the right, click the green Copy Existing and Create New Offer Template icon.

Step 6: A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm creating a copy of the selected template.

Step 7: Click Copy to confirm.

Step 8: Rename the duplicated template to reflect its new purpose.

Step 9: Update the content of the new template as needed:

• Add or edit the Button Text
• Edit all Default Offer Questions to fit your requirements
• Modify any Additional Offer Questions if necessary

Step 10: Once you've finished editing, click Create to save your new template.
