Restore Archived Offer Campaign Templates
How to locate and reuse a previously archived campaign template
Use this feature to access campaign templates you’ve previously archived.
Steps to View and Restore an Archived Campaign Template
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Offers Live Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on Settings from the top-right menu.
Step 3: Under the Offers Live Settings heading in the side menu, select Templates.
Step 4: Under Campaign Template Management, you’ll see a list of your current active templates.
Step 5: Click the Archive tab to view all archived templates.
Step 6: Locate the template you want to restore.
Step 7: In the Actions column on the right, click the yellow Unarchive icon.
Step 8: When the confirmation prompt appears, click Unarchive to restore the template.
Step 9: You will be returned to the Active tab, and the restored template will now be visible.
