Before accessing the Order of Sale PDF, we recommend that you first update your system settings to customise the appearance of your printable document. This ensures that your Order of Sale reflects your preferred branding. You can follow this guide: Customise Your Printable Order of Sale.

Steps to Accessing and Printing the Order of Sale PDF

Step 1: Log in to the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand menu under Multi-Lot Auctions, select Upcoming Published.

Step 3: Locate the relevant Multi-Lot Auction and click the blue View icon on the right-hand side.

Step 4: Within the Multi-Lot Auctions View page, scroll down until you see the row titled Digital Order of Sale URL. Copy the URL and paste it into a new web browser tab. The printable version will then appear.

Handy Hint

Within the printable Order of Sale settings, you can enable it to be viewable on your Hosted Website Widget. This allows buyers and interested parties to conveniently access the information online.
