Manually Adding a Property for an Onsite Auction
No CRM? No problem - easily list your onsite auctions in Auctions Live
If you do not have a CRM integration or wish to add a listing outside of your access, you can manually add upcoming onsite auction properties directly to Auctions Live.
Steps to Manually Add a Property for an Onsite Auction
Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.
Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming.
Step 3: Click the green +Add Property button located at the top-right of the page.
Step 4: Complete the form fields and upload a primary property image. Set the Auction Type to Onsite and change the Publish Status to Published.
Step 5: Once completed, click the Create button at the top or bottom right side of the page.
Step 6: The property will now appear within your All Upcoming properties page.
Additional Step for Multi-Office Users
If you are part of a multi-office account, begin by selecting the appropriate Office/Branch from the dropdown when completing the form in Step 3. (This field is not visible to single-office accounts.)
Important Note
You can edit the property details at any time during the campaign.
Tip
If you are manually adding a property, you may also need to manually add a Selling Agent profile.
